Here’s the thing though. You can’t return anything that’s worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and tags.

A return authorization number and shipping address will be provided to you. 

Please do not return item(s) without a return authorization number. Any item returned without a return authorization number is not an authorized return and may be rejected. Brajoh is not responsible for unauthorized returns.

How long does a return take?

Once the returned item arrives at Brajoh, it may take 7-10 business days to process. Normally, it does not take this long, however, due to factors such as extreme weather, it may. All returns/replacements will be processed as quickly as possible. After all, we want to keep you happy.

Replacements: After inspection, the return is processed through our system. This can take between 7 to 10  business days. A replacement item(s)  will ship via UPS Ground (5-7 business days). If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed.

Refunds: After inspection, the return is processed through our system (7-10 business days) and a refund will be issued (2-3 business days processing). You'll see the credit on your account (3-5 business days). If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with choices on how to move forward. Replacements and refunds will be for the item(s) purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
